2026/2027 - Social and Wellbeing Partnership Grant (4 years)

Whitehorse City Council works in partnership with the community to support programs and services that improve health, wellbeing and social connection in Whitehorse. We place particular importance on supporting people and groups who may experience disadvantage.

Council provides funding to organisations that meet the eligibility and assessment criteria outlined in the Whitehorse Community Grants and Discounts Policy.

Application dates

• Applications open: 10:00 AM, Tuesday 10 March 2026

• Applications close: 11:00 PM, Sunday 3 May 2026

Late applications will not be accepted.
